  • Technical Support Lead

    The Technical Support Lead plays a pivotal dual-role in Everllence Singapore, combining frontline technical escalation handling with structured competency development of field service personnel. The incumbent is responsible for resolving complex technical cases, supporting customer engagements, and shaping a high-performance service team by identifying skills gaps and delivering targeted training interventions aligned with global PrimeServ capability frameworks.
    Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for escalated technical issues related to highspeed engine systems; conduct root cause analyses and provide effective resolution in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.Coordinate technical service cases requiring cross-functional involvement, ensuring effective information flow between Service Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Aftersales Department.Manage service coordination for field service engineers, including job assignment, resource planning, and technical preparation to ensure seamless service execution.Coordinate the test bed plan with the workshop foreman and assign service engineers for the engine testing.Deliver remote and onsite technical assistance to customers across the APAC region; actively participate in customer meetings, audits, and technical reviews as the subject matter expert.Work closely with sales and project teams to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) preparation for tenders and ongoing project deliveries.Identify technical competency gaps across the high-speed engine service team and Business Partners; design and implement structured training programs (hands-on, classroom, digital) in collaboration with the Engine Academy.Coach and mentor field service engineers and technicians to improve diagnostic acumen, technical proficiency, and customer communication.Maintain and administer the service skill matrix, competency records, and certification status of internal and external service staff in the region.Support root cause investigations and define corrective and preventive actions for recurring service problems or non-conformities.Contribute to service process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost-to-serve and improve technical responsiveness.Prepare and update service documentation, including reports, bulletins, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and technical checklists.Monitor technical KPIs, training outcomes, and service effectiveness indicators, and propose data-driven improvements.Participate in global and regional technical forums to represent the local organization’s insights and performance.Uphold safety and quality standards in all field support and training activities, in line with Everllence policies and Ministry of Manpower regulatory requirements.Travel up to 20% (regional and international) is required to support onsite technical interventions, customer engagements, training facilitation, and service coordination.
    Experience & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).6–10 years of technical service or field support experience, ideally in marine, energy, or high-speed engine industries.Demonstrated hands-on diagnostic and troubleshooting capability.Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Experience in delivering technical training or mentoring junior engineers.Experience in service coordination and operational support for field service engineers.Knowledge of training development tools, e-learning platforms, and service quality frameworks.Understanding of remote diagnostics and digital service tools.

  • The Project / Application Engineer is responsible for driving sales and managing technical-commercial projects for the MAN high speed engines within Everllence Singapore’s organization. This role bridges the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of MAN high speed marine propulsion systems and auxiliary engines. The engineer works closely with shipyards, vessel owners, and internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions, manage project timelines, secure business growth in the marine sector, and aligning local sales strategies with global Everllence objectives.
    Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPreparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects together with drawings and plan accordingly to projects’ requirementMonitoring classifications standards, policies and practices applicable to the projects’ requirementsInteracting with customers to interpret their needs and requirements to the workshop and contractors and report regularly to the managers on project statusAdapt standard engine designs to meet customers’ requirements which includes performing calculations related to power output, fuel efficiency, emissions, and cooling systemsMaintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and preparing status report together with coordinating materials and assist logistics, shipment and receiving of parts/equipmentMonitor and follow-up with Head Office on engine shipment documentations and engine delivery schedule to ensure prompt delivery according to contract requirementsLiaise with Head Office and suppliers for documentations required according to contract requirements e.g. TVC data, test reports, manuals and etcProvide technical solutions and answers to customers to solve installation and technical issuesOrganize, compile and prepare detail mechanical (2D or 3D formats) and electrical drawings for customers to according to their requirementsTo carry out any other work assigned by the Project Manager, including conferences, exhibitions and technical meetingsPrepare quotation and other requested documentations for sales managersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine industry to ensure technical expertise and support during the sales process.Collaborate with local business functions to secure required permits, approvals, and documentation for regional sales operations.
    Experience & SkillsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.Professional certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional, Classification Society Training) are advantageous.Minimum 3 years of experience in marine engine sales, project & application engineering, or technical support within the maritime sector.Experience in project management, handling and executionProven track record in managing end-to-end technical-commercial projects, preferably involving shipyards, vessel owners, or OEMs.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and work with multiple projects under tight deadlines.Strong knowledge of CAD software: AutoCAD and SolidWorks

  • Business Development Manager

You have experience in developing new business models, identifying market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships while supporting the development of solution-oriented opportunities in areas such as power plants for grid-connected and captive applications.
    Your understanding of regional markets for RICE-based solutions enables you to identify opportunities in applications such as baseload and balancing power, CHP, mining, and data centers for both prime and back-up power. Experience with complementary energy solutions, including heat pumps for grid or captive applications, further strengthens your profile.You are able to apply this expertise in a holistic manner when engaging with new clients, supporting the development of integrated energy solutions and providing strategic energy consulting insights to develop positive and viable business cases for both the client and our company.
    You possess strong analytical capabilities, understand profitability modelling, and are confident engaging both customers and internal stakeholders across regional and HQ functions. You are proactive, structured, and capable of leading early-stage project development initiatives.

    ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess and develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market entry strategies within the Power Segment.Analyze market trends, customer demand and competitor positioning to drive sustainable growth.Develop and optimize business models, including preparation of internal profitability statements and financial comparisons.Conduct competitor benchmarking and collaborate closely with Market Intelligence and HQ business development teams.Define value propositions and configure suitable product, solution, and service offerings.Act as Project Manager during the Early Project Development phase for new solution sales initiatives.Support regional sales management (IGC) and key account teams in opportunity qualification and development.Enhance sales performance and expand market presence across selected regional markets.Representation of the company at industry conferences and events, including engagements as a speaker.Report leads, opportunities and project progress to regional and functional leadership.
    QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.8–12 years of experience in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting within power generation or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of power plants, CHP systems, balancing markets, data centers, or emerging energy solutions (e.g., Heat Pumps,).Proven experience in financial modelling, profitability analysis and commercial evaluation of projects.Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to present confidently to large audiences.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Willingness to present in conferences in front of an international audience
    This role reports functionally to the Head of Business Development (Power Segment) and disciplinarily to the Regional Segment Head (Power).
