We are seeking a motivated Field Application Scientist (FAS) to support our genomics product portfolio through customer training, technical support, troubleshooting, and pre-sales application support. Training will be provided by our principals and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for genomics workflows and products. Conduct customer training and application support. Support sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions. Serve as the technical expert for assigned products. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals. RequirementsDegree in Biomedical Science, Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field (MSc/PhD preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of short-/long-read sequencing, qPCR, dPCR & lab automation is required. Experience in sequencing data analysis, & software competency is an advantage. Strong analytical & real-time, systematic problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication Self-motivated and customer-focused.
