Ventós-Vos Pte. Ltd., our Singaporean subsidiary, plays a key role in supporting our activities across Asia-Pacific.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Business Manager who will support the Managing Director in the overall management of the Singapore subsidiary.
The Role
The Business Manager will support the Managing Director in the coordination and management of the Singapore subsidiary, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and the alignment of the different departments.
This role requires a transversal understanding of the business and the ability to work across functions including Sales, Operations, Administration and Purchasing.
The position will act as a key operational counterpart to the Managing Director, supporting the coordination of business activities and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Managing Director in the overall management and coordination of the Singapore subsidiary.Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring effective collaboration between Sales,Operations, Administration and Purchasing.Ensure the proper execution of internal processes, procedures and company standards across departments.Support the coordination and management of the local team and ensure alignment of the different departments with the subsidiary’s operational priorities.Monitor business activity and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.Contribute to the implementation of business initiatives and strategic projects within the subsidiary.Provide operational and analytical support to the Managing Director in the development of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, commercial roles or similar positions. Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating activities across departments.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of English (spoken and written). Additional languages will be considered an asset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multicultural environments.Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic international organization.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples to customers, following internal procedures.Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.Perform picking and packing activities to prepare customer orders.Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum ‘N’ Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.Valid Forklift License is required.Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic English communication skills
