    Role Summary:We are seeking a Lead / Senior UI/UX Designer to drive the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role focuses on mobile applications and AI-enabled platforms, where you will translate complex workflows into seamless and engaging user journeys in Singapore.
    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product experiences that are both visually compelling and functionally robust.
    Key Scope:Lead end-to-end product design from user research to final implementationConduct user research, usability testing, and journey mappingDesign AI-powered user interactions (automation flows, smart suggestions, feedback loops)Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teamsMaintain and scale design systems and UI consistencyAnalyse user behaviour and iterate based on insights
    The ideal candidate should be/have:At least 8 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Mobile App DesignStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from discovery, research, prototyping to implementationExperience designing intuitive and engaging mobile-first user experiences for customer-facing platformsExperience with marketplace, fintech, SaaS, consumer mobile apps, or workflow-driven platforms will be advantageous!Ability to simplify complex workflows or systems into seamless, user-friendly interfacesHands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design validationProficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar design/prototyping toolsStrong understanding of design systems, scalable UI frameworks, and component-based designGood eye for visual hierarchy, typography, interaction design, and overall UI consistencyExposure to AI-driven product experiences, automation flows, or intelligent user interactions is a bonusComfortable working in agile and fast-paced product environments

  • We are partnering with a leading global technology organization (US MNC) to hire a Data Centre Delivery Program Manager to drive large-scale data centre infrastructure delivery projects.
    This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end program ownership, managing concurrent data centre builds, and ensuring successful delivery across design, construction, and operational handover.
    You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver mission-critical infrastructure that supports large-scale cloud and network operations.
    5 days’ work week12 months contract (renewable) | Possible to perm conversion for good performersRenumeration package up to 200k per annum (subject to candidate’s overall relevant experience)No. of Vacancies: 4
    Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program delivery, from strategy and planning through execution and handoverDevelop and implement long-term infrastructure and network build strategies aligned with business goalsManage data centre construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budgetCollaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordinationOversee tenant fit-out and low-voltage (LV) integration across project phasesDrive vendor and contractor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance trackingMonitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial governanceIdentify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery timelinesMaintain strong stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and resolving issuesEnsure quality assurance standards are met across all project phasesConduct site visits to monitor project progress, coordination, and quality
    The ideal candidate should be/have:
    10–12 years of experience in end-to-end delivery of mission-critical or hyperscale data centre projects, including construction, MEP coordination, commissioning, and infrastructure delivery.PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferredProven track record in managing large-scale data centre construction or infrastructure projects is essential Strong expertise in: Data centre design and delivery, Network infrastructure and cabling (copper, fibre, bulk fibre). Project planning, scheduling, and tracking Prior experience supporting AI infrastructure deployment within hyperscale or mission-critical data centre environments is advantageous! Solid experience in vendor management and contract negotiationStrong budgeting and financial management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability in risk management and problem-solving in complex environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsLeadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentThose who can start work immediately or within a short notice are highly preferred
