  • Project Manager

    Job Description:Lead and manage engagement with users, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, requirements, and technical specifications.Provide overall management and direction to contractors, overseeing manpower planning, materials procurement, and equipment deployment within approved budgets and schedules.Lead and oversee the preparation of tender (RFQ) specifications, project plans, schedules, tender calls, and the evaluation and recommendation of submissions.Chair and participate in project and management meetings, drive decision‑making, and direct teams in resolving technical, commercial, and operational issues to meet client expectations.Take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring proper testing & commissioning (T&C) and seamless handover of systems and equipment to end users.Direct and govern detailed testing and commissioning activities for all facilities upon project completion to ensure compliance, safety, and operational readiness.Provide managerial oversight and technical leadership by collaborating with engineers and technical teams on detailed specifications, reviews, and enhancements of existing facilities services systems.Monitor, control, and report on overall project implementation, key milestones, risks, and performance to ensure timely and successful project completion.Ensure contractors deliver complete and compliant handover documentation, including as‑built drawings, T&C records, and Operation & Maintenance (OMM) manuals, in accordance with contractual requirements.Review and endorse project progress reports for submission to senior management and clients, including status updates, risks, and mitigation plans.Undertake any other managerial and operational duties as assigned to support organisational and project objectives.Requirements:Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.Strong decision‑making, risk management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead teams through complex project challenges.Proven project management experience, including budget control, contractor management, stakeholder engagement, and end‑to‑end project delivery.Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with experience reviewing and interpreting technical and management reports.
