We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Patient Financial Services team. In this role, you will support the planning and design of the patient’s financial journey, while ensuring alignment with MOH policies and identifying process improvement opportunities.
You will collaborate with interdepartmental and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence towards patient billing and transformation journey. You will also develop and operationalise Patient Financial Services related processes which includes working with other institutions, for the preparation of the opening of Eastern General Hospital. In this role, you will provide the overall operational management direction and leadership for the Crisis Planning & Operations department.
