    We are looking for a Data Product Manager who combines strong technical understanding with solid business insight. You will be responsible for planning and implementing user behavior data tracking and application systems across the company’s business modules. Y
    Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the company-wide data tracking system, including defining event models, field standards, and data collection processes.Coordinate with product and engineering teams to implement tracking projects, ensuring data accuracy, structural consistency, and traceability.Design and drive the development of user profiling and tagging systems to enable segmentation and personalized marketing activation.Support core data application scenarios such as user analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and BI reporting.Stay up to date with mainstream data application platforms (e.g., Sensors Data, GrowingIO, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and continuously optimize internal data systems.Oversee project timelines and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery of data collection and application projects.

    Role OverviewThis role operates at the intersection of project coordination, data analytics, and operational reporting in HR functions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, enhancing reporting processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives within a multi-country environment.
    Key Responsibilities▸ Support coordination of cross-functional project initiatives, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are properly tracked.▸ Maintain project trackers, action item logs, and status updates across multiple HR projects.▸ Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and progress on key initiatives.▸ Assist in maintaining project documentation, governance materials, and review updates.▸ Prepare and maintain HR dashboards covering key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment pipeline, and initiative status.▸ Translate workforce data into clear and concise summaries for HR leadership and stakeholders.▸ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting outputs.

    Role Overview:As a Data Analyst in the Dealing Team, you will act as a strategic partner in driving data-informed decisions on real-time trading actions. Your primary mission is to provide actionable insights and performance-driven analysis to support client trading management – including client profiling, behavioral modeling, trade evaluation, and real-time liquidation strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, business sense, and the ability to turn data into immediate, high-impact decisions.
