Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Information Technology to lead and shape the College’s technology vision. This is a leadership role with responsibility for driving digital transformation, ensuring robust IT infrastructure, and enabling outstanding teaching, learning and operational excellence across the College.
Reporting to the Director of Business Administration & Bursar, the post holder will lead a multi-disciplinary IT function, working closely with academic and operational leaders to align technology with the College’s strategic priorities.

Dulwich College (Singapore) is looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional and proactive support to the Head of College and members of the College Leadership Team.
This is a varied and busy role at the heart of the College, combining high-level administrative support with planning, coordination, and project work. You will work closely with colleagues across the College and play an important role in supporting leadership, governance, events, and day‑to‑day operations.
What You Will Do
Manage the diary, schedule, travel, and expenses of the Head of College.Provide administrative support to the College Leadership Team as required.Act as the first point of contact for VIP parents and visitors, and coordinate VIP visits and itineraries.Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.Support planning and coordination of College events, audits, inspections, and leadership activities.Maintain College‑wide calendars and support the implementation of a new calendar system.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.Track action plans, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely follow‑up.Lead and coordinate administrative staff meetings to support effective communication.
What We Are Looking For
You will be professional, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
You will ideally have:
A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in administration, business, or a related field.At least five years’ experience in a similar executive or senior administrative role.Experience supporting senior leaders and committees.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent written and spoken English.Confidence using digital systems and software (including Microsoft Office).The ability to work independently, proactively, and calmly under pressure.Experience in an international or educational environment is an advantage.
