Position SummaryThe Key Account Executive drives profitable growth by managing and developing strategic key customer relationships, with a strong focus on account planning, sales effectiveness, and return optimization. The role supports customer segmentation, delivers responsive service, maintains regular commercial engagement, and manages Tenders and RFQs to enable sustainable revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and internal teams.Develop strategic plans to negotiate and manage key accounts locally to achieve maximum returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.Provide prompt updates to customer's requests including space management, pricing, quotation and local issue escalation.Continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency and to deliver KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to understand customer need, market development and opportunities.Prepare and implementation of Tenders/RFQ (Request for Quotation)
Qualifications, Skills and ExperiencePossess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related disciplineA minimum of 2 years experience as Sales or KAM in container shipping industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with well-developed analytical and negotiation skillsHighly independent and self-motivation, capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Position SummaryThe Trade Executive (COC) supports service utilization and commercial performance through effective Carrier Owned Container (COC) capacity and slot management, with a strong focus on optimizing load factors, enhancing yield, and enabling data-driven trade and network decisions.
Key Accountabilities 1) Service Management Report directly to the Trade Manager - COC (Carrier Owned Container) , focusing on the efficient management of assigned services.Prepare voyage-based allocations for specific areas, ensuring 100% loading factors are achieved and maintained.
2) Utilization and Profitability Optimization Actively steer and optimize allocation utilization in both TEU and tonnage to maximize profitability.Engage in strategic slot control activities with external parties, including the purchase and sale slots.
3) Reporting and Market Analysis Support the preparation of monthly and weekly reports for the COC Yield and Capacity Manager, providing valuable insights into service performance.Gather and analyze market information from both external and internal sources to propose Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) that achieve the best yield.
4) Pricing and Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) Help in setting monthly or quarterly MRGs based on cost breakdowns, margin objectives, competitors rates and historical cargo patterns.Support the alignment of MRG adjustments with SOC (Shipper Owned Container) to prevent internal undercutting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, or a related disciplineA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the container shipping industryDemonstrate analytical skills with a systematic and efficient approach to task managementSelf-motivated, proactive and reliable with strong work ethicProven ability to work effectively as part of a team, coupled with strong communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
