What's your role?Lead and develop the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.Own end-to-end warehousing from setup to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.Establish SOPs, workflows, and a warehouse growth plan that scales with the business.Oversee logistics arrangements, including driver fleet management and delivery coordination.Plan and optimise warehouse space utilisation zoning, racking, and flow design.Implement and improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Lead order fulfilment during peak sales campaigns and D-Day events, working hands-on with the team.Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
What's the skill required?Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment, with experience supervising ground level teams.Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, including setup, inbound, outbound, stock take, and space planning.Experience setting up or restructuring warehouse operations and building SOPs from scratch.Familiar with logistics arrangements, fleet management and transporter coordination.Proficient in WMS and able to propose system improvements.Strong communication skills to liaise across departments.6-day work week with alternating Saturdays off; willingness to work on site with flexibility during peak periods required.
