Role ObjectiveThe Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new automotive workshops to refer vehicle insurance claim cases to the Company, while ensuring consistent visibility of engagement activities and sales performance through structured reporting.Key Responsibilities
Business Development & OutreachProactively identify and engage new automotive workshops to establish referral partnerships for vehicle claim cases.Conduct meetings, calls, and site visits to present the Company’s services and referral processes.Drive onboarding of workshops and conversion into active referring partners.
Relationship ManagementMaintain active working relationships with existing and newly onboarded workshops.Perform regular follow-ups to encourage sustained claim referrals.Act as the primary liaison between workshops and internal teams.
Sales Performance TrackingTrack sales performance and revenue generated from each workshop under her portfolio.Monitor conversion from engagement to onboarding and active referrals.Maintain accurate records for sales attribution and KPI measurement.
Weekly Reporting & DocumentationPrepare weekly report of all engagement and sales activities.Prepare Workshop engagement log (workshop name, contact person, engagement mode, status)Prepare Pipeline and progress, cumulative sales summary.Follow-up tracking and next actions.Attend to issues and support as required.
Work Arrangement & ScheduleRequired to work six 6 days per week.Working days may be allocated to field visits, follow-ups, and reporting.Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance
