    As we continue to expand across Southeast Asia, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our regional growth and commercial initiatives.
    Why This Internship MattersThis internship supports COL Group’s Southeast Asia commercial and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the international team to support sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and brand-building initiatives, while gaining exposure to how digital entertainment is positioned, marketed, and monetised.
    You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams, and gain firsthand insight into how a regional hub supports global growth.
    Who You Are- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks- Interested in media, entertainment, digital platforms, or pop culture- Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Able to commit to a 6-month internship from June through December 2026.
    What You’ll Learn & Support1. Sales Enablement & Business Support- Assist in preparing, organising and updating sales assets, and internal databases- Support the sales team with research on partners, markets, and opportunities- Track leads, timelines, and follow-ups in coordination with sales and marketing teams
    2. Marketing & Brand Support- Support regional marketing campaigns and brand initiatives- Assist with content creation and scheduling for corporate and brand social media channels- Help draft and localise basic marketing and communication materials- Support on-ground and digital marketing activations when required
    3. Projects & Coordination- Assist with project coordination across internal teams and external partners- Help track deliverables, timelines, and campaign milestones- Support asset management and documentation across ongoing initiatives
    4. Team & Office Support- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Southeast Asia team- Assist with meeting preparation, reporting, and internal communications- Support events, partner meetings, and team coordination activities
