The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project based assignment. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
Responsibilities :
Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as design, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless project executionIdentify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecyclePrepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvementParticipate in Quality auditsStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industryProficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAdaptable to changes and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWilling to be base in China
