  • Assistant Manager Finance

    About the Role
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Accounting to join our dynamic team at COILCRAFT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in the Bedok East Region. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

    Responsibilities :
    Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries.Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants.Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants.Liaise with auditors and tax agents on subsidiary audit/tax matters including tax planning to maximise tax savings.Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal.Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely payments.Implement improvements/enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies.Supervise and take leadership role in developing accounting staff.
    Requirements :
    Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Qualified CPA.Minimum 5 years of experience and exposure in the manufacturing industry is preferred.An excellent team player who must demonstrate good communication skills along with influencing and negotiating skills.Possesses management experience and self-driven.Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices.Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Able to travel within Southeast Asia and up to 25% of the time.

  • Project Engineer

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project based assignment. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
    Responsibilities :
    Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as design, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless project executionIdentify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecyclePrepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvementParticipate in Quality auditsStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery
    Qualifications :
    Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industryProficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAdaptable to changes and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWilling to be base in China
