    Job Summary:
    Coforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Alliance & Partner Manager to join our team in Singapore. The Alliance & Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives across the Southeast Asia and North Asia regions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners, including resellers and implementation partnersStrategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goalsCommunication: Facilitate open lines of communication between the company and its partners to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and prioritiesPipeline Value: Monitor partner related pipelineOn-board new partners to grow the business across the regionMarket Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
    Role Competencies:
    Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, sales, or a related fieldEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related disciplineMust have strong connects with various OEM’s like Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Dell, HPE etcSkills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teamsKnowledge: Broad knowledge of IT solutions and cloud services is preferredAttributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
