    What You’ll Do Placement & Productivity reports tracking for respective region, Automation of CRF form for daily request by sales team.Review on monthly penetration & productivity reports also to provide insights and review the Incentive KPIs result to ensure incentive KPIs set were effective where they are achievable and yet challenging.Working closely with Digital Team & Vendor IT side to understand their data flow to be integrated and automate CDE & Incentive data through Power BI. To create and improve SOPs, moving away from manual to automation.Working closely to ensure efficiency of the coolers deployed and recommendation on cooler deployed that needed to be pull out if they are not productive.Working with OU team in the local projects related to CDE initiative and innovation, to dive into the benefit of IOT and explore innovation to bring in and optimizing coolers output.
    What We’re Looking ForBachelor Degree in Analytics, Business Management, Statistics or any related field. Ideally 1 - 2 years of experience in data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or any other data analytics platform.

    What You'll DoPerform shipment creation and truck assignment for all orders across all channels (Direct Sales, Flow-through, Wholesaler, Vending, Same Day Delivery, etc.)Ensure all route information, including delivery timing, is accurately maintained in the LEO system to support efficient route planning and auto-dispatchMaximize vehicle utilization through effective planning and system optimizationCoordinate closely with the Distribution Operations team to improve delivery efficiency, providing insights and recommendations on challenging outletsAttend to and resolve feedback or complaints from internal stakeholders related to route planning and delivery issuesContinuously improve route efficiency by incorporating feedback from DSD drivers and operational teamsEnsure all new outlets are accurately geo-coded to enable efficient and sequential delivery routingUtilize route planning systems to optimize routing sequences, delivery schedules, and call planningLiaise with IS/IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues impacting route planningValidate and approve C1DM requests for new customer setup or updates to delivery information
    What You BringDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or route planning operations (FMCG experience is an advantage)Experience working with route planning or dispatch systems (e.g., LEO or similar tools)Strong understanding of distribution operations and delivery workflowsProficient in route optimization, scheduling, and vehicle utilization planningGood analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational dataComfortable working with systems and troubleshooting basic system-related issuesProficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for tracking and analysisHigh attention to detail and accuracy, especially in route and data managementStrong coordination and stakeholder management skills across operations teamsProactive mindset with a continuous improvement approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesGood communication skills to manage feedback, issues, and cross-functional collaborationWillingness to work in a dynamic operations environment (including early hours if required)Familiarity with geo-coding, routing logic, and delivery sequencing is an added advantage

    What You'll Do1. Singapore Time Management System (TMS) ProjectSupport the end‑to‑end implementation of the Singapore Time Management SystemCoordinate with the vendor and Digital & Technology Services (DTS) on project activities, documentation, testing, and system rollout.Assist in requirement gathering, meeting coordination, tracking of timelines, and administrative support throughout the 3–4‑month implementation period (starting April).Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), preparation of training materials, and go‑live support.
    2. SIMA Intranet Development & RolloutCollaborate with the Culture Team to build and launch the SIMA Intranet, consolidating all SIMA resources in one digital hub.Organise, structure, and update intranet content to ensure relevance and user‑friendliness.Support testing, feedback collection, and refinement to improve the intranet experience.Set up compliance and RACI frameworks for Intranet to ensure sustainability of platform.
    3. Baseline of HR ProcessesAssist in documenting, mapping, and baselining HR processes across key HR functional areas (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, time & attendance, employee movement, HR operations).Help compile process flows, SOPs, and checklists to strengthen HR’s foundational process library.Partner with HR team members to gather insights, identify gaps, and recommend integration to technology.
    What We're Looking ForBasic HR knowledge from academic studies or prior HR-related experience.Strong technology aptitude and fast learning ability, especially with HR systems and Microsoft Power Apps tools.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Interest in HR digitalisation or HRIS.Comfortable with content management, documentation, and process mapping.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Willing to be based at Pasir Panjang Office Singapore.Preferably an internship attachment for 6 months.

    What You’ll DoThis role is to provide backend supports to Trade Marketing team. To ensure that all internal admin processes, Purchasing Order, Good Received are issued in system and record correctly. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, execution tracking and validation. To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
