    Your work will extend far beyond traditional marketing: shaping executive messaging, driving go-to-market effectiveness, strengthening partner credibility, and building long-term trust with institutional customers.     Job Requirements:At least 12–18+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand, or go-to-market strategy, with a track record of operating at senior leadership levelProven expertise in building, resetting, or elevating positioning for complex, technical, or infrastructure-driven businessesStrong strategic judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidenceExecutive-level communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across organizationsExperience in fintech, SaaS, or Web3; deep crypto knowledge is a plus but not requiredA collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with product, strategy, and executive teams to drive business impact

    Job Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for the daily operation and management of Cobo’s corporate IT systems and endpoint environmentManage employee accounts, devices, and core productivity tools, covering onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and access managementMonitor and respond to endpoint security events, including EDR alerts, phishing attempts, and common security incidentsSupport internal users by resolving office IT and security-related issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth employee experienceHelp establish and continuously improve IT operations and baseline security standards as the company scalesCollaborate closely with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams, gaining exposure to security practices
    Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.At least 2 - 5 years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or System Support rolesHands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS users in an enterprise environmentExperience with at least one endpoint security solution (e.g. EDR, antivirus, endpoint protection)Awareness of common endpoint and office security risks such as phishing, malware, and account compromiseFamiliarity with identity and access management tools such as Active Directory, Google Workspace, or SSO platformsExperience supporting employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, role changes, offboarding, access provisioning)
