Job Description:Brand, Positioning & Category StrategyDefine and continuously refine Cobo’s global positioning, value proposition, and category narrativeTranslate a complex product and regulatory landscape into clear, credible differentiationBuild long-term brand authority and trust with institutional and enterprise audiencesExecutive & Market NarrativePartner closely with the leadership team to shape external messaging and thought leadershipEnsure consistency and discipline in how Cobo is represented across media, events, partnerships, and regionsElevate Cobo’s voice on security, custody, infrastructure, and industry standardsStrategic GTM LeadershipProvide strategic direction for product launches, partnerships, and major GTM initiativesEnsure marketing execution is anchored in positioning and narrative, not just features or campaignsAct as a senior thought partner to Sales, BD, and regional leadersMarketing Leadership & GovernanceSet global marketing priorities, success metrics, and operating principlesBalance brand-building, demand support, and ecosystem presence with clear trade-offsMarket & Competitive InsightOwn competitive and market intelligence at a strategic levelBring external perspective and customer insight into executive discussions and planning
Job Requirements:At least 12–18+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand, or go-to-market strategy, with a track record of operating at senior leadership levelProven expertise in building, resetting, or elevating positioning for complex, technical, or infrastructure-driven businessesStrong strategic judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidenceExecutive-level communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across organizationsExperience in fintech, SaaS, or Web3; deep crypto knowledge is a plus but not requiredA collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with product, strategy, and executive teams to drive business impact
