  • Structural Engineer  

    - Singapore

    We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee and manage structural design works across a large-infrastructure project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing design packages, coordinating with relevant consultants and authorities, and providing technical leadership to resolve design and engineering challenges on-site.
    Job Responsibilities:Review design packages and prepare/approve shop drawings for RC structural works and temporary worksDesign temporary works such as scaffolding, falsework, and formwork in relation to structural design requirementsCoordinate structural design works with relevant parties including civil consultants, accredited checkers, architectural/SWC consultants, the construction team, and authorities where requiredLead or assist the project department in resolving design-related mattersManage and resolve issues relating to production, quality, design and engineering, and project scheduling
    Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in civil and structural worksMandatory experience in infrastructure projects; experience on LTA projects or underground roadway projects is an advantageExperience in design management and coordination with consultants on structural engineering matters; background in a consultancy environment is an added advantageProficiency in structural design and analysis software, including STAAD and AutoCAD or MicrostationGood knowledge of local authorities’ requirements and submission processesOpen to working 5.5D (Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)

  • Geotechnical Engineer  

    - Singapore

    We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to oversee the review, coordination, and technical management of geotechnical works across project stages. The position supports design assessment, authority submissions, site coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with consultants, authorities, and site teams to ensure geotechnical works are executed in accordance with approved designs and project specifications.
    Job ResponsibilitiesReview and manage design for geotechnical works including ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and slope works.Interpret soil investigation data and assess ERSS toe levels.Conduct feasibility and optioneering studies for geotechnical solutions.Review and interpret Instrumentation & Monitoring (IM) data; coordinate with consultants to address issues.Attend coordination meetings with clients, authorities, QPS, and consultants.Provide construction support, including preparation and review of shop drawings and coordination with site teams.Support authority submissions and approvals (e.g. LTA, DBC, PUB) related to geotechnical works and impact assessments.Support LTA Project Safety Review processes (PSR, CDSS, CNSS).Assist in pile load tests (ultimate and working load) and pumping tests.
    Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience working in LTA projects.Proficient in geotechnical engineering software (e.g. PLAXIS, Geoslope) and CAD.5.5D / alternate 6D, 8am – 6pm

  • Senior Utilities Engineer  

    - Singapore

    Senior Utilities Engineer
    We are seeking a Senior Utilities Engineer with experience in LTA projects to handle the planning, coordination, and execution of utility diversion works for large-scale underground infrastructure developments. This role involves overseeing utility routes, associated structures, and ensuring works are carried out to meet project requirements and timelines.

    Job Responsibilities:Plan and manage all Utility construction projects including scope, schedule and costs.Plan and coordinate the relocation of utilities, including determining diversion routes.Conduct site assessments to identify existing utilities and manage all diversion activities on-site. and associated support structures.Work closely with authorised subcontractors to carry out utility diversion tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, while ensuring preventive maintenance measures are implemented.Track and analyse utility system performance, including efficiency, energy, and material usage.Oversee utility-related construction works from scope definition through to budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Provide regular updates to the Utility Manager, highlighting progress and recommending solutions for potential project challenges.
    Job Requirements:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.Minimum 2 years’ experience in LTA projects, supervising or coordinating construction works for underground infrastructure projects of comparable scale.Proven ability to coordinate with relevant utility authorities.Certification as a Registered Earthwork Supervisor with EMA/SPPG and possession of BCSS certificate will be advantageous.Open to working alternate 5.5 days or 6 Day work week.

  • Civil Engineer and PE Assignee  

    - Singapore

    PE Assignee cum Site Engineer
    We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer & PE Assignee to manage site operations and engineering coordination for a major infrastructure projects. This role involves direct oversight of construction activities, technical liaison duties, and ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and project schedules.
    Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain work schedules aligned with project timelines and milestones.Coordinate with the appointed Professional Engineer on all matters related to temporary works.Engage with consultants and oversee subcontractor activities to address technical matters on site.Identify and resolve on-site engineering and construction challenges promptly.Provide technical support to site supervisors to ensure timely progress of construction tasks.Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.Prepare technical documentation, including method statements and progress reports, as required.Supervise and guide on-site workers to maintain a well-organized and safe work environment.Monitor site operations closely to ensure effective execution of daily activities.
    Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).Must be a certified Resident Engineer with valid registration under IES or BCA.Previous involvement in road infrastructure projects under local authorities such as LTA is preferred.Proven experience in a PE assignee capacity with responsibility for continuous site supervision.Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across project teams and contractors.
