  • Job Responsibilities:Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.Production planning, review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with CCCC authority and reporting frameworks and maximise the profit margin for the project.Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance and auditing and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activitiesArrange coordination with LTA and QPS and meeting with subcontractors.Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projectsOrganize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction worksSubmission of progress report to project manager, client and relevant personnel.Ensure compliance with all authorities' regulations, which include BCA, PG, PUB and NEA etc.Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.
    Job Requirement:Holds a Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering related degree.Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in construction industry.At least fifteen (15) years of experience in LTA MRT related projects will be preferred.Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Job Description:Review drawings, take off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities.Liaise with the construction team & design team to prepare documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ).Source for potential sub-contractors & suppliers and send out invitations for RFQs.Organise, compare, analyse and prepare reports for quotations received.Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage including arranging and attending for meetings.Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in preparation of tender submission.Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team.Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in quantity measurements and cost estimates for administration of sub-contracts, price comparation and negotiation.Prepare contract documents for awarded sub-contractors & suppliers.Performing contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variation claims and settlement of final account with sub-contractors and suppliers in accordance to contract requirements.Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures.Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by QS Manager / Contracts Manager.
    Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Tender experience is preferred.Experience in building, HDB, condominium projects, or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, will be an advantage.Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and time management skills.Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.Able to work independently with minimum guidance in fast paced environment.

  • Job Description:Plan and control the delivery of project design to ensure the achievement of quality, completion and project objectives.Select and engage, then monitor the performance of external design partners within the discipline including their deliverables, cost and timeframes.Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements and programPrepare budgets and schedules of design delivery for management approval then manage and report the cost of design delivery in the project life cycle.Manage design to ensure the cost of the works meets project requirements.Manage and review milestone deliverables from the Design Consultants to ensure the compliance and adherence to project schedule, scope and Design Brief, Stakeholders’ requirements and comments, statutory codes and regulations, and company guidelines.Obtain, review and consolidate Stakeholders’ feedbacks on stage deliverables, and relay such feedbacks as directives to Consultants.Manage client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.Supervise the work of subordinate design and drafting staff to ensure project requirements are met.Select and develop design management staff within the project by providing leadership and mentoring to ensure their design management competencies.Understand design compliance and reporting procedures and processes and leadership in the communication of requirements.Foster the interaction between design and construction teams to maximize innovation and project success.
