    Why This Role MattersThis is an execution-focused and analytical role where you’ll work closely with experienced marketers and contribute directly to campaigns that create real business impact.You’ll support campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting across multiple brands — gaining hands-on exposure to performance strategy while sharpening your technical and analytical skills in a collaborative team.Your work won’t just move metrics. It will influence how families make one of the most meaningful decisions in their lives: where their child begins their learning journey.
    What You’ll DoSupport performance marketing structures — assist in funnel setup, tracking implementation, and attribution models across brandsExecute and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO/SEM, and other digital platformsSupport CRM and data-driven initiatives — help manage and optimise lead nurturing and reactivation flowsAnalyse campaign data to identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvementMonitor KPIs, update dashboards, and highlight optimisation opportunities to improve ROICollaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launchesWork closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align campaigns with overall brand positioning and strategy

  • Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As part of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial planning capabilities and supporting data-driven decisions that impact children, families, and educators across the region.We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to champion financial planning, performance insights, and reporting excellence. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business growth, financial discipline, and strategic outcomes.
    What You’ll DoDevelop and deliver clear, insightful business performance reports, management dashboards, and board decks.Lead the data warehouse implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and build meaningful dashboards.Drive monthly financial reviews, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities versus budget and forecast.Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating operational initiatives and trends into financial targets.Strengthen data governance and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data for reporting and analytics.Identify proactive insights to influence stakeholders and simplify complex financial information.Support strategic initiatives such as margin improvement, cost optimisation, and business case development.Serve as a strategic partner to operations, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
    What You BringDegree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational goals.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
