    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Bridge’s IoT Product strategy and lead the discovery phase of enterprise mobility solutions developmentLead a team of Business Development Managers in driving IoT product strategies and market development, entrenching Bridge’s position as the preferred partner for IoT business.Lead execution plans in increasing market awareness of Bridge’s regional offerings, generating regional sales funnels and enabling the effectiveness of BMOs’ GTM capabilities.Support regional RFP/RFI from MNCs, work with BMOs to capture Global MNCs’ Asia requirementsSupport the footprint enlargement of Bridge AllianceManage effective partnerships with both existing BMOs & Commercial Partners(CPs) and build relationships with other prospective business partners where appropriateLead and drive IoT/Enterprise workshops with participation from BMOs to get buy-in for implementation of regional initiatives across alliance footprintsManage relationship with Industry and Technology partners with the objective to stay abreast of market demand trends and technology trends.

    Job Responsibilities
    HR Duties:Manage recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of talent with the right skills. Manage onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth induction. Perform market salary benchmarking. Assist in staff engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, to enhance engagement. Support the execution of executive management programmes for Bridge Member Operators. Plan and coordinate staff retreat and other employee activities. Assist in training activities, including submission of training grants to relevant government agencies. Assist in the performance management system to ensure fair and consistent employee assessments. Update HR policies in accordance with Singapore employment laws. Assist in budgeting and forecasting HR and administrative expenditures to support decision-making. Perform HR duties related to leave management, medical and insurance benefits, regulatory surveys, etc. Assist in payroll processing. Compile HR management reports and proposals. Support HR or office administration initiatives and perform other ad hoc duties.
    Administrative Duties:Provide general office administrative support, including facilities and property management, ensuring all are in good working condition and that contracts remain valid.

    Job Requirements
    Formal Qualifications:A university degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
    Knowledge:Knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
    Relevant Work Experience:2-4 years of HR generalist experience. Prior experience in payroll processing is an advantage. Experience with CITREP / SkillsConnect grant submissions is an advantage. Experience in training processes and needs analysis is an advantage.
    Computer Literacy:Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are required).
    Soft Skills:Strong communication skills. High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.

    Drive IoT connection growth with end customers across participating Bridge Member Operators (BMOs)Commercial development of IoT Solutions in key verticals
    Key Responsibilities
    Drive IoT sales by engaging with BMO sales teams and end customers to ensure Bridge are invited to all RFX’s for Global Inbound and regional APAC IoT opportunitiesProvide Commercial support for all IoT RFX’s to ensure best chance of successSupport the IoT Head to define and execute a clear IoT strategy and become the partner of choice for global and regional businesses in APACWork to increase the awareness of Bridge’s IoT value proposition with end customers in conjunction with the Marketing teamDevelop a deep understanding of IoT partner’s products and service offerings and match against the key verticals in the corresponding BMO marketsIdentify and develop strong partnerships with significant influencing partners in the emerging IoT marketplace. Specific focus on IoT solutions in line with the BMO’s requirementsShare business value proposition hypotheses with IoT partners for joint GTM engagementsBuild and evolve an IoT Partner program to deliver end to end IoT solutions for BMO’s to increase speed to market and drive cost savings and revenue optimization.
    Key Qualifications
    A. Formal QualificationsA recognized degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science
    B. KnowledgeStrong understanding of the commercial side or Go-To-Market activities of M2M / IoT.Strong understanding of Connected Device Platform (CDP).Proficient literacy on the related technical aspects of Mobile (Virtual) Operator Network and hands-on experience with key elements of the M2M / IoT solution stack of an operatorProven track record in complex solution sales to Operators or Enterprises is a strong advantage
    C. Relevant Work ExperienceOver 10 years of experience in Telecommunications or adjacent industries, including 10+ years in M2M/IoTAt least 5 years of Partner or Sales Management experienceTrack record of meeting or exceeding business revenue targets
