    Key Responsibilities Support organization and implementation of brand events in the region: logistics arrangement, idea generation, preparation of marketing collaterals, etc Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and any administrative work for the department.Assist with press clippings and reporting together with the PR agencySupports the team in daily marketing operational activities and executionPreparation and liaising with media and production agencies for the implementation of advertising assets for the regionArranging security logistics and high-value creations for photoshoots opportunitiesInvolved in communication strategies and activities to increase customer engagement Coordinate the delivery of PCRM and VM-related materials in boutiques and the post-implementation reportSupport the boutique when needed, especially during peak periods or events, while upholding hospitality practicesFrequent liaison with the Paris HQ team to align on brand guidelines, approvals, and regional adaptationsAny other ad-hoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work, including but not limited to raising purchase orders, submitting invoices, and updating budgets

  • Retail Operations and PCRM Intern, SEA  

    - Singapore

    Position Description:Reporting to the Retail Manager Southeast Asia, the Retail Operations and PCRM Intern supports both client development (VIC engagement, CRM performance) and boutique operations excellence across Singapore and Thailand boutiques.
    This role provides hands-on exposure to a luxury retail environment and high-jewelry clienteling standards, combining data-driven CRM analysis with day-to-day retail operations coordination. It also offers hands-on training on retail systems (ESKER, M3, CEGID, etc).

    Your main missions would be the following:
    Client and Prospect Relationship ManagementClienteling Performance Tracking: Monitor VIC engagement strategies, follow-up actions, and assess ROI of client treatments and activations.
    Database Optimization & Client Insights: Analyze client database to identify untapped potential, reactivation opportunities and upgrading prospects, in line with best practices.
    Campaign & Outreach Execution: Support preparation and deployment of targeted client lists for PCRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, relevance and follow-through.
    Sales Pipeline Monitoring: Track appointments, client follow-ups and conversion, ensuring disciplined monitoring of the sales pipeline.
    Client Experience & Key Moments Support: Assist in execution of client activations and gifting moments (e.g. LNY, Ramadan/Eid, key High Jewelry presentations), ensuring consistency with Maison standards.
    Post-Event Analysis (RETEX): Contribute to post-event reporting, consolidating insights on client engagement, sales impact, and best practices for continuous improvement.
    Client and Prospect Relationship ManagementBoutique Operations Support: Assist in daily operational coordination for Singapore & Thailand boutiques, ensuring smooth execution of retail activities and alignment with HQ standards.
    Stock & Logistics Coordination: Support stock requests and transfers, liaising with Merchandising, logistics, and boutique teams, ensuring timely availability of key pieces.
    Boutique Maintenance & Environment: Track and follow up on maintenance matters (VM, repairs, facilities), coordinating with internal teams and vendors to uphold boutique excellence.
    Budget & Cost Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of budgets, invoices, and operational expenses (VIC activations, events, maintenance), ensuring discipline and transparency. Support PR/PO creation and invoice processing, ensuring smooth approvals, full compliance and timely vendor payments.
    Retail Coordination & Training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions, morning briefings, and retail initiatives, gaining exposure to boutique dynamics and team operations.
