    We have an open position for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER based in Singapore, we are now inviting high caliber to join our team.
    Job DescriptionAs Key Account you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for managing On-/Offline key accounts in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You will be required to maintain a long-term relationship with the key accounts, maximizing the sales and developing new business opportunities.
    The key focus areas for the position are the following:
    Monitor the development of your assigned On-/Offline accounts.Be the single point of contact for your clients and use your strategic mind-set.Build promotional opportunities & campaigns with On-/Offline customers.Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.Prepare sales proposals and quotations to customers’ needs and demands.Reporting all potential counterfeit listings and 3rd party sellers (online)Frequent communication with online accounts, current and potential to solve pricing issues. (Online)Accountability for remaining within assigned monthly advertising budgets (Online).Explore growth opportunities including direct import and direct fulfillment (Online)Partner with all vender managers to ensure smooth and timely order processing, forecasts, custom requirements when applicable, and customer negotiations.Use analytic findings to work with the back-office logistics team.Report to company’s HQ in Switzerland as well as E-commerce lead in Portugal
    Key Success CriteriaYou must thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing and dynamic environment. You are a true team player and possess strong analytical abilities together with innate interpersonal and communication skills. It is important that you enjoy taking initiative and responsibility while building strong relationships across business units and continents.
    Your Profile• College Degree education is preferred.• Proven strong track record of success within key account management, preferablywith 3-5 years ‘prior experience in household kitchenware, consumer goods industry.• Enthusiastic and motivated.• Excellent negotiation skills• Experience in pricing and payment term management.• Extensive knowledge of Online customers and local players.• Strong ability to organize and present sales data.• Ability to develop and build business-based relationships.• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines simultaneously.• Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.• Good communication skills, and proficient in English and Chinese due to liaison with Chinesespeaking counterparts.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook• Willingness and ability to travel when needed.• Singaporean / permanent resident (PR) is preferred.
