  • Graphic Designer (B2B)  

    - Singapore

    We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a broad role covering events, booth design, and the full range of digital and print marketing assets. You will own projects end-to-end – from concept through to final delivery – working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.
    This role suits someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and communicates clearly. B2B marketing experience is essential.
    Key Responsibilities
    Events & Booth DesignLead design of event booths, exhibition stands, roadshows, and trade show materials.Create all on-site materials: banners, signage, props, flyers, and brochures.Handle on-site photography at events where required.
    Digital Assets & CampaignsDesign and produce digital assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat), email marketing, web, and online advertising related to events. Build and edit PowerPoint/slide decks, including branded templates and motion graphics.Edit post-event videos and webinar recordings for distribution.Adapt assets across formats and channels as needed.
    Brand & CollateralDesign pre- and post-event marketing collateral: advertisements, brochures, flyers, and landing page assets.Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.Apply and uphold brand guidelines across both internal and external communications.
    Asset ManagementMaintain an organized repository of all design assets for team access.Audit and update existing collateral on a regular basis.

    Experience3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B marketing or agency environment.Proven experience in booth and event design (trade shows, roadshows, workshops).Experience producing video edits, slide decks, and motion graphics.Track record working across multiple markets or geographies is a plus.
    Skills & ToolsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.Solid grasp of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines without close supervision.Strong communicator who takes initiative and flags issues early.Team player – collaborative, reliable, and easy to work with.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong command of Mandarin (read/write) for stakeholder communication.
    QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and event design is required.

  • Cybersecurity Operations & Compliance Specialist

    About this RoleThis role works closely with the Deputy Director of Information Security in managing the information security governance, compliance, and security operations across global SaaS and cloud environments. The position is a hands-on, hybrid security role covering both Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and security operations (SecOps). The candidate is expected to possess sufficient technical security understanding to interpret security events and risks, evaluate security solutions, coordinate incident response and remediation.
    Reporting Line: Deputy Director, Information Security
    Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the organization’s ISO 27001 ISMS, including policies, procedures, risk register, audit readiness.Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, OSPAR), vendor penetration testing, including preparation and follow ups on remediation of findings. Act as Singapore ISMS Management Representative, and backup for global ISMS Management Representative in the Deputy Director's absence; manage security awareness programs, phishing simulations and compliance tracking. Monitor and interpret output from security tools such as Microsoft Defender for O365, EDR, SIEM, cloud security logs, coordinate response with IT infrastructure team and/or external party, track vulnerability remediation to ensure timely closure.Lead security incident response tabletop exercises, coordinate security incident response activities, post incident reviews to ensure corrective actions are trackedIdentify security gaps from audits, incidents, business requirements, and evaluate and recommend security solutions (e.g., SIEM, DLP, EDR), lead proof-of-concept (POC) activities and document findings, work with IT infrastructure team for proper implementation.Oversee tracking of infrastructure and application periodic vulnerability scans activities, review scan reports and work with RND and IT infra team for remediation validation and retestingRespond to client security questionnaires and due diligence requests, review security-related contract matters upon requestSupport client on-site security audits and implementation of solutions to address the relevant audit findingsMaintain monthly security management reporting covering audit compliance status, security awareness training completion, vulnerability remediation tracking, and key security operations metrics.
