ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and support database systems and server infrastructure.Monitor database and system performance, availability, and security to ensure stable operations.Perform database administration tasks including backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Manage Windows/Linux servers, user access, permissions, and system configurations.Configure and maintain database high availability solutions such as clustering, mirroring, and replication.Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation for critical systems and databases.Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams on database design, system integration, and deployment activities.Analyze and optimize database queries, indexes, and server resources to improve performance.Maintain SSIS/ETL processes and support SSRS reporting where required.Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection standards, and operational procedures.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Database Administration and System Administration. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise database systems. Hands on experience with Windows Server or Linux administration. Experience in database backup, recovery, failover, clustering, and disaster recovery exercises. Good understanding of database security, system hardening, and access management. Experience in performance tuning, database optimization, and system monitoring. Familiar with SSRS, SSIS, and ETL processes. Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage. Relevant certifications in database or infrastructure technologies will be an added advantage.

Job ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and manage business and system requirements with stakeholders, users, and vendors.Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and project objectives.Support solution design discussions, system integration, and functional feasibility assessments.Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, defect tracking, deployment, and post implementation activities.Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and alignment sessions across teams.Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC processes, and documentation standards.Lead and coordinate smaller project initiatives, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and support overall project execution.Prepare project status updates, coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and assist in risk or issue tracking.Exposure to AI integration projects or AI related solution implementation will be an added advantage.
Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large scale IT projects.Experience in government or public sector projects will be an advantage.Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.Experience in system integration projects and working with multiple vendors or stakeholders.Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Good understanding of system design, application workflows, and data integration concepts.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollout activities.Experience coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, managing stakeholders, preparing status updates, or supporting project delivery activities will be an advantage.Ability to lead smaller initiatives or support project planning and execution activities is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.Able to work in fast paced and structured project environments with tight timelines.Exposure to mission critical systems or AI integration projects will be an added advantage.
