    Job SummaryThis position primarily manages and ensures smooth sales logistics activities and processes that is in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Company, providing full support to the Sales team.As an independent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in problem solving, this position handles all sales orders and the delivery processes which includes coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders, preparation of necessary documentation, and other relevant duties in ensuring a smooth logistics flow.This position reports directly to the Director(s) and indirectly to the Deputy Managing Director.Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the other members of the Sales Logistics team, Warehouse, Finance and Sales Teams.Outside the organization, this position coordinates with the authorities and government agencies such as SFA/NEA as well as freight forwarders, local transporters and suppliers.
    Responsibilities• Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.• Handle all sales orders including manual order entries, processing, releasing orders to warehouse for processing and arranging local/export shipments.• Coordinate with the warehouse team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment tea certification arrangement with government agencies such as SFA/NEA.(i.e. Process/cut sticker labels for affixing onto products prior to delivery for certain countries, lab testing/certification of teas, FCL/LCL loading/pick up/warehouse transfer).• Process/Prepare full set of shipping documentation including manual Invoices/Packing lists, Bill of Lading, COO, Form D/E and/or Export Health Cert/Phytosanitary Cert with Authorities.• Work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team.• Provide needful logistics inquiry/information/administrative assistance to the Sales Team.• Follow up on the processes of all deliveries.• Additional functions as mandated by the Management or Supervisor.
    Requirements• Minimum Diploma holders• Proficient in MS Excel & basic Words (PC Literate, Excel skills. ie.     Marketplace ManagementWork closely with marketplace agencies to drive sales performance, content optimisation, and advertising efficiency across all marketplaces Bacha Coffee works with like Amazon, Lazada, Tmall stores, etc.Set clear KPIs for third parties and agencies, monitor agency performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, reports, and optimisations.Provide strategic direction to agencies based on business priorities and market insights.Manage and optimise marketplace storefronts to drive brand storytelling and product discovery Guide overseas partners (both subsidiaries and franchises) for the management of their local marketplaces and vet their campaign mechanics.

    Job Summary Responsible for planning and implementing Bacha Coffee’s global public relations strategies and activities while ensuring consistency in brand messaging across relevant markets. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of support materials and management of PR agencies internationally, as well as coordinating strategically with the other departments and stakeholders within the company and the brand.
    Primary Relationships The position reports directly to the Public Relations Manager.Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the other members of the Corporate Communication Department, other HQ Departments and overseas partners. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with PR agencies, business partners and the media.
    Responsibilities Create and execute global Public Relations strategy that align with the brand developments, priorities and announcements.Familiarising with the brand DNA, heritage and offerings, while embodying the brand ethos. Support other departments, partners and stakeholders in ensuring that all external-facing communication is on-brand and Bacha Coffee’s desired image and positioning is consistently and accurately articulated. Write and proofread communication materials i.e., press releases, responses for media queries and interviews, boilerplates, management biographies, fact sheets, media kits, etc. Elevating brand presence and positioning the brand accurately in local and global media sphere through media related activities such as media liaison, gifting, events and hostings, overseas media trips, etc. Coordinating internally with other departments on all Public Relations matters including the creation of Public Relations materials and assets. Working with Bacha Coffee subsidiaries, franchises and distributors to ensure implementation of brand and editorial guidelines and directives. Effectively manage issues and crises in collaboration with Public Relations teams and Public Relations agencies in Singapore and overseas. Ensuring that proper archives of global media clippings are maintained and regularly updating Public Relations reporting standards. Regularly monitoring trends and informing management of developments in luxury, retail and F&B industries. Maintaining Bacha Coffee media databases and periodically revising and refreshing media outreach to constantly remain current.
    Qualifications Required: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury retail sector. • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or public relations preferred. • Past experience working in a Public Relations agency or managing international Public Relations agencies preferred. • Past experience practising Public Relations for a luxury brand preferred. • Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent writing and proofreading skills. • A second (or third!) language would be a plus. Other: • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills. • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, pitching and hosting media. • Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. • Commitment to working in cross-functional teams. • Very strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time. • Out-of-town, overnight travel might be required from time to time (less than 10%).
