    The candidate will maintain and develop effective internal HR procedures, handle day-to-day employee-related issues, oversee on- and off-boarding of employees.The candidate needs to be sensitive with the interpersonal relationships within the organisation, while always keeping an objective view in execution of policies and procedures set.
    Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for payroll administration, covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff and timely salary pay-outProcess CPF calculation and submissionRespond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, allowances and CPFLiaise closely with HR Manager on any other allowances paymentManage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claimsMaintain HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes/updates are fully tested and implementedForecast manpower cost and reports for management reviewProvide payroll-related information for internal and external auditsPrepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external useProcess any tax-related matters for employeesComplete relevant surveys as required by various government agencies pertaining to human resourcesCalculate and project foreign manpower quota balance & local manpower growthUpdate and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documentsExercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirementsLiaise effectively with various departments within the team including the finance department to ensure proper execution of payroll and HR practices as requiredManage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leavesExecute all other tasks as instructed by COO
    Hiring CriteriaA minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business - Human Resources would be preferredExperience in Payroll Systems and/or any HRISKnowledge of MOM statutory requirements is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills preferredStrong organisation skills with attention to detail preferred
    Salary:$3,000 – $3,800 per month
