Write, consolidate, and review technical reports of water projects and studies.Possess initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise during design and construction stages.Ensure compliance with Project Design Criteria/Client Brief/ Approved Concept, as well as relevant design standards and office standards.Work independently and have excellent communication skills with project team-mates as part of a team. You will also need the following:Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).Minimum 4 to 9 years of professional design experience in the field of civil works design preferably in roads, drainage, and sewerage projects of PUB, JTC, HDB, URA, LTA, etc.Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulation, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands on experience in usage of Civil Engineering Software.Excellent technical writing and presentation skillsEnergetic, proactive, and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills. Accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned. This includes but is not limited to contract negotiation, project management, managing timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance, communication, and scope management of the projects, in line with the Aurecon methodology.Lead projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.Responsible for developing of client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Work Winning Team to achieve commercially profitable business objectives. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff as required.Act as a technical expert to mentor and develop other electrical engineers within the team and provide electrical design expertise in overseeing all technical aspects of projects.Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships, and the development, and motivation of team and junior engineers.Associate level will be involved in managing project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.

A strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment will be advantageous.High level engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects.Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills, with a strong client focus and proven track record in business development.Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with at least 10+ to 15+ years related professional experience in buildings services, project management qualification and solid technical expertise. A strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment will be advantageous.High level engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects.Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills, with a strong client focus and proven track record in business development.Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills.

Conduct ecological surveys and species assessments across terrestrial and freshwater habitats, with emphasis on rare, protected, and sensitive ecosystems.Conducts tree inventories and arboriculture assessments, including tree risk evaluations, involving measurement, tagging, mapping, and documentation of tree condition.Provide authoritative identification and management guidance on native, non-native, and invasive species, ensuring early recognition of ecological decline and recommending sustainable interventions.Shape conservation and biodiversity strategies by reviewing specialist reports and advising designers on planting palettes, retention, and ecological enhancement.Establish rigorous protection and salvaging standards for trees, flora, and saplings within Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans (EMMP).Integrate advanced tools and collaboration—leveraging GIS for habitat mapping, coordinating with arborists and nurseries, and supporting EIAs and BIAs to uphold environmental integrity.
