Job SummaryWe are supporting a client to look for a Lead Mobile Engineer to own and evolve their cross-platform mobile foundation. You’ll architect, build, and ship high-quality iOS and Android applications, acting as the technical authority for mobile while remaining deeply hands-on.This is an individual-contributor leadership role, not a people-management position. You’ll lead through technical excellence, mentorship, and influence—setting mobile standards, making architectural decisions, and designing systems that scale as our user base grows. Your work will directly shape performance, reliability, and user experience across our mobile products.
Roles and responsibilitiesArchitect and evolve a scalable Flutter mobile platform for iOS and AndroidBuild and maintain core features including GPS tracking, reservations, real-time maps, payments, and notificationsDefine and enforce mobile engineering standards across code quality, testing, performance, and observabilityDebug production issues and continuously optimize battery usage, network efficiency, and app performanceDesign and implement real-time and offline-first architectures (WebSockets, state synchronization, caching)Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to mobile engineersOwn CI/CD pipelines, App Store deployment, and release automationCollaborate closely with backend engineers on API contracts, real-time protocols, and system integrationPartner with product and design teams to translate product vision into scalable technical solutionsDrive down technical debt with clear ROI-driven trade-off analysisEvaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and techniques to continuously improve the mobile platform.

About the roleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Copy Editor to join our client in the video editing SaaS space. In this role, you will not be creating documentation from scratch, but instead refining and elevating existing drafts—transforming complex technical content into clear, accurate, and user-friendly resources.
You will play a critical role as the final quality gate, ensuring documentation is not only well-written, but also aligned with real-world post-production workflows and user needs.

About the role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and drive production-grade LLM and retrieval-based functionality. In this role you’ll work across embedding generation, document chunking, vector search, evaluation, and reliability — with opportunity to experiment, innovate, and shape the foundational AI layer of our product.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines — including chunking, embedding generation, indexing and search infrastructure.Improve the accuracy, consistency, and quality of LLM outputs; experiment with model configurations and retrieval strategies.Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess LLM performance and retrieval quality.Process large, complex documents, generating structured output as needed.Integrate AI / LLM-driven features into production systems alongside backend/frontend engineering teams.Diagnose and troubleshoot LLM behaviour, retrieval failures or edge-cases and continuously improve reliability and robustness.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM engineering.Strong proficiency in Python and building AI/NLP systems.Hands-on experience with vector databases or search-based storage (e.g. Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector, Atlas Search, etc.).Deep familiarity with embeddings, tokenization, document chunking, and retrieval-based architectures (e.g. RAG or similar).Experience with LLM prompting, tuning, or systematic evaluation of model outputs.Comfortable collaborating with backend and frontend teams.Experience building microservices or APIs (e.g. using FastAPI), and integrating ML/AI into production systems.Comfortable designing and running experiments at scale and building evaluation frameworks.Bonus: familiarity with agent-style flows or tool-calling models.
