    Main Purpose of the Job:
    Function as the project assistant and project quantity surveyor and be able to work with Directors & Associate Directors in delivering professional pre and post QS services.
    New joiners will get the opportunity to work across a strong portfolio of projects that includes Commercial/Retail, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Data Centre, Corporate Real Estate Industrial/Manufacturing, Institutions, Civil Infrastructure and more.
    Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
    Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Provide support to the Associate Director / Director in cost management of projectsWork collaboratively with other Quantity Surveyors to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirementsRepresenting the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnershipContribute to setting team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team playerEffective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects, to liaise with other managers to ensure efficient financial control resulting in projects being cost effectiveLiaise with other managers to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the serviceUnderstand Client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studiesPreparation of pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, budgetary study and project cash-flow for variety of developments using Cost X; Cubicost or similarMeasurement (taking off quantities) for all structural and architectural elementsPreparation of tender and contract documentationTendering process and tender evaluationProvide cost information and studies on value engineering analysisPost-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control and financial reports (including cashflow)Finalization of project final accountsAttendance at project meetings.Contributes to team and project performance by collaboration and effective communicationAdd to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital technologies and processes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and collaboration across our projects in the built environment sector. You will be a key player in our digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of digital workflows from design to construction and facility management.
    Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the successful implementation of the IDD strategy and framework across multiple projects.Develop and execute Project Digital Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.Champion the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other digital tools to optimize project outcomes.Facilitate collaboration and communication between all project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, and clients) through common data environments (CDE).Oversee the entire digital delivery lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and design coordination to construction sequencing and digital handover.Manage project data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all team members.Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital project delivery.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IDD implementation and project performance.Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IDD and the built environment.
    Required QualificationsPossess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation from building SMART Singapore or an equivalent, recognized certification.A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery within the built environment industry.Proven track record of managing and delivering projects using BIM and other digital construction technologies.Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience with various BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise).

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects from conception to completion. This includes pre-project planning, design and construction management, and ensuring a smooth transition through the defects liability period. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, a strong understanding of technical and regulatory requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
    Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Project Planning Define project objectives and develop a comprehensive project scope.Prepare and manage the project workflow and timeline to ensure all objectives are met.Lead the process of securing project funding and approvals.Ensure the timely completion of upfront planning studies and advanced engineering works.Collaborate with the project team to develop and present the initial concept design.Manage the tender preparation and procurement of project consultants.2.     Required Qualificationsa) For Infrastructure Projects – Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and/or accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board. b) For Building Projects – Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the respective Professional Bodies or Professional Institutions.c) At least 5 years of practical experience in the management of building (e.g. new building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (e.g. road, drain, sewers, services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above. d) The PM must be familiar with PSSCOC. e) At least 2 years of relevant working experience or involvement in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry.f) The candidate should possess a strong, mature and proven ability to organize, manage and motivate a project team. The candidate must be able to work well with stakeholders and exercise good judgement in relation to project management and construction matters, including good knowledge of the Construction Contract.
