This is a strategic leadership role with regional responsibility across the Asia-Pacific region.Location: SingaporeCoverage: APAC RegionReports to: Chief Human Resources Officer / Chief People OfficerThe RoleAs the HR Director, you will be a strategic business partner driving people initiatives that enable business growth and foster a high-performance culture across APAC.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives across APACPartner with senior leadership and business units to drive organizational effectivenessLead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiativesChampion culture and employee engagement programs across diverse markets
Talent ManagementDesign and execute talent management frameworks including succession planning and leadership developmentDrive performance management processes and continuous feedback cultureImplement learning and development programs to build organizational capabilityFoster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region
Employee Relations & ComplianceOversee employee relations strategy and resolve complex people mattersEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all APAC marketsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local requirementsManage industrial relations and union negotiations where applicable
