    This position will be joining our new Arc'teryx store located at MBS.
    Job Responsibilities: Receive, ship, and transfer goods in a timely manner while ensuring accuracyMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stockroom, with proper product placementAssist in daily store operations, including merchandise allocation and visual merchandisingConduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracySupport store staff with product handling and management, assisting sales when necessary
    Requirements:Minimum 2 years of inventory/stock management experience in retail storesDetail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with excellent communication skillsOutgoing, energetic, resilient, and a strong team playerHigh school diploma or above

    Responsibilities:Oversee payroll operations, ensure payroll is delivered in line with internal and external audit guidelines, controls, policies and standards.Provide input to the payroll strategy and enforce policies and procedures across market operations, done within the local regulatory context.Manage vendor relationships to enable efficient resolution of complex payroll queries.Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, providing support & guidance to the team to ensure accurate reporting and payments are produced on time.Improve service delivery through continuous process improvement, simplification, standardisation and automation.Share best practices and drive consistency to improve operational efficiency and improve accuracy in pay.Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation and access controls.Lead and manage payroll projects and initiatives, provide subject matter expertise and develop UAT plans as needed.Lead vendor and stakeholder meetings in their responsible market, to understand operational issues and improvement opportunities
    Requirements and QualificationsMinimum Diploma in Human Resources, accounting or related fields.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll operations and HR Shared Services.Strong understanding of payroll and tax landscape and regulatory environment in Singapore.Knowledge of accounting principles, ability to understand the impact of payroll activity on financial statements and effectively partner with Finance in analyzing and explaining P&L and Balance sheet variancesKnowledge of benefits administration and HRIS/employee data management would be an advantageStrong client service mentality to develop good working relationships with your team, stakeholders, and vendors.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendorsAbility to handle numerous priorities in a dynamic and growing environmentHigh level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadersExperience with Times Software or KNOWapp is an added advantage.Strong verbal and written communication skills, high proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with colleagues in China headquarters and SEA countries.

    Key Responsibilities:Design and implement effective retail training programs across Singapore for FILA and Wilson brands.Review training frameworks from China Headquarters and localize content to suit the Singapore retail landscape.Develop training materials and conduct workshops, classroom sessions, and one-on-one coaching.Partner with management to identify training needs, perform annual training analysis, and create a structured training calendar.Conduct regular store audits to identify store and staff training gaps and opportunities.Deliver in-store coaching to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer experience.Support talent development initiatives, ensuring staff competencies meet brand and operational standards.Develop and execute Train-the-Trainer programs; create in-store training toolkits to support frontline teams.Conduct regular field coaching, provide detailed reports with actionable insights, and collaborate with Retail and Store Managers on follow-up actions.Maintain accurate training records (both physical and digital formats).Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by Management.
    Requirements:High proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with China-based stakeholders.Strong understanding of retail operations, CRM practices, and sportswear/products.Good working knowledge of AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and productivity.Proven strengths in project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
