We are seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Associate or Legal Executive to join one of the region’s most established KM departments. This is a strategic, non-practicing role designed for a legal professional who enjoys the intellectual side of law—research, drafting, and training—over traditional billable-hour practice.
    Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with various practice groups to create and maintain high-quality legal templates, guidelines, and practice manuals.
    Research and draft legal primers, articles, and thought-leadership pieces on evolving regulatory topics.
    Act as an editor for internal and external legal publications, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
    Coordinate and develop regional training programs and educational materials for the firm’s network.
    Manage internal knowledge systems and contribute to firm-wide legal technology and innovation projects.
    RequirementsAn LLB or equivalent degree from a reputable university (Civil or Common Law).
    Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience; candidates from a Corporate, Commercial, or Regulatory background are highly encouraged to apply.
    Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage given the regional scope.
    Strong research capabilities and an interest in legal tech/innovation.
    A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with partners and business service teams across different jurisdictions.
