We are seeking a sharp, analytical HR professional to shape our client’s compensation and total rewards strategy, and play a pivotal role in designing and executing their people agenda.Reporting to the Rewards Director, you will support strategic alignment of rewards with business objectives in a high-performance, multi-entity environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Rewards LeadershipDesign, review, and refine compensation plans and frameworks to align with the business growth strategy.Lead market benchmarking exercises using premium external surveys (e.g., McLagan) to ensure competitive positioning.Drive end-to-end annual compensation review processes – from timelines and trackers to presentation and communication materials.Provide expert guidance to managers and HRBPs on rewards best practices and Group alignment.HR Operations & GovernanceDraft and review compensation-related HR policies and guidelines.Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless, timely payroll execution.Contribute people cost estimates to support the annual budgeting process.Compensation Analytics & InsightsDesign and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visuals for HRBP and senior management review.Handle ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in any discipline.3–6 years (Senior Associate) or 7+ years (Manager) of relevant experience in compensation/rewards.We're open to strong candidates from consulting backgrounds or those with excellent analytical skills even without traditional HR experience.Proficiency in Excel-based modelling, large datasets, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
