    The Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent based on the decided requirements. This role will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and collaborate with other recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    Job Responsibilities:
    Source and attract talent through a variety of channels, including but not limited to, direct sourcing, employee referrals, professional networks, and job boardsDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging market intelligence and other relevant dataCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help shape recruitment strategies to meet those needsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    Job Requirements:

  • Sales Manager

    ALG is hiring a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager for our Singapore Office.
    The incumbent will play a critical role in identifying, creating, and expanding business opportunities with prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with our existing portfolio of clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and establish strategic partnerships through effective networking, market analysis, and relationship management.
    Job Responsibilities:
    Develop new accounts and grow the customer base through active business development.Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including prospecting new clients, site visits, industry events, and digital marketing.Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the industry.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned existing accounts.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contract renewals and addressing operational requirements.Collaborate with management to create sales proposals, complete tenders, set targets, and develop sales forecasts based on market trends.Be responsible for administrative updates
    Job Requirements:

  • Quality Assurance Engineer  

    - Singapore

    ALG is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer for our OEM client in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high safety and quality standards, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with stringent airworthiness and AS9110 regulations.
    This is a 2-year contract position with the client.
    Key Responsibilities:Perform surveillance on maintenance activities on aircraft and components.Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure work performed is in compliance with applicable airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 requirements.Assist in obtaining and maintaining AS9110 certification.Conduct continuation training on regulatory requirements, MOE, human factors, Safety Management System, etc.Follow up with corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.Perform incident/accident investigations when required.Lead continuous improvements projects and perform new capability evaluations when required.Consolidate and monitor quality performance data to predict possible trends.Sample check on work documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Any other functions as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
    Requirements & Qualifications:Diploma in Aerospace Engineering.Minimum 2 to 5 years’ Quality assurance experience in an MRO or airline environment.Familiarity with RAMCO & SAP systems, as well as AS9110 and/or Part 145 requirements, is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in data management and trend analysis.Highly Preferred: Possess a Part 66 License or FAA A&P Certificates.Highly Preferred: Attended Auditor Training and Train the Trainer Course.
