Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time HR Executive to join our team and manage human resource functions for our growing Food & Beverage (F&B) operations in Singapore. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for payroll, recruitment, employee lifecycle, and overseeing HR operations. You will play a key role in cultivating a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting day-to-day HR-related needs within the organization.
QualificationsProficiency in HR Operations with the ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management effectively.Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive work environment and ensure policy compliance.Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices, including performance management and employee engagement.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
