    How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?You will prioritize safety by strictly following all operational procedures, enforcing "Stop Work Authority" for any deviations, and serving as an active member of the Emergency Response Team.You will safely operate chemical processing equipment to meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.You will monitor production parameters and proactively escalate any abnormalities or equipment issues to the supervisor.You will handle the assembly, disassembly, and basic maintenance of production equipment during process changeovers.You will perform analytical testing and troubleshoot equipment to ensure all final products meet strict specifications.You will maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to reflect current best practices.You will collaborate with the team to prioritize daily tasks and complete all required regulatory and professional development training.
    Are you a MATCH?Education :Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent for fresh graduates.Work Experience : 1-3 years experience in process, production, or project engineering, preferably within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations.

    Are you a MATCH? Diploma in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require climbing and manual effort.Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.

    How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee maintenance and reliability programs, including scheduled turnarounds, to guarantee continuous gas supply. Besides, you will need to align the operational capabilities with customer needs and business goals, while strictly enforcing safety standards to meet organizational targets.
    Actively participate in safety meetings and enforce standards to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and with environmental responsibility.Drive operational efficiency by planning and scheduling maintenance via Maximo CMMS, serving as the "Maximo Champion" to ensure data and hierarchy accuracy.Create comprehensive work packages that include detailed job steps, required resources, tools, and technical documentation.Lead the planning, execution, and closure of scheduled turnarounds, managing scope, critical paths, long-lead items, and daily progress tracking.Supervise third-party service providers to ensure quality compliance and manage maintenance budgets and expense monitoring.Maintain the inventory management system for Primary Production, ensuring the availability and replenishment of critical spares for all maintenance activities.Oversee inventory transactions in Oracle/WMS, approve inbound/outbound requests, and support Finance in stock-take exercises and KPI reviews.Execute maintenance strategies aligned with industrial standards (IMS_GP09) and participate in maturity assessments and reliability audits.Drive improvement projects for maintenance management tools to enhance overall asset performance and reliability.Support the Reliability team by incorporating Preventive Maintenance updates and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings into the regular schedule.
    Are you a MATCH?Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.Solid understanding of process equipment and standard maintenance management practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.Proven ability to cope with stress and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Flexibility to travel and work across various operational sites within Singapore as required.
