As a Sr Project Manager in Singapore, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem!
This purpose of this ROLE is:Manage multiple large, highly complex project(s) in accordance with ACI Project Management methodology. Manage the development and implementation process of a company’s products and/or services. Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams. Direct the project from initiation through implementation and delivery. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Guide projects through to completion on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards.
A typical day at ACI for a Senior Project Manager is:Manage project scope and baseline to ensure delivery is compliant.Develop project plan, schedule, agreement, and proposal to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget.Manage aspects of the project including but not limited to research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, negotiations, training, status reporting, implementation, project closing and post-rollout review/audit. Including all project deliverables.Manage and secures business control requirements and compliance.Develop and control the project plan, including the tasks, timeline, resources, quality reviews and provide recommendations.Solve project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation.Develop and presents project documentation and communication with all project stakeholders.Develop and implement the financial management plan which may include estimating, tracking, controlling, forecasting and/or reporting project financials.Participate and/or may lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments.Perform other duties as assigned.Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of related experience IT related field, preferably with a Solution vendor in the payment or financial industry.Experience in servicing large Enterprise customers (especially within the BFSI industry) in the ASIA region.Experience in software development life cycle (SLDC) project management, including large Professional Services engagementSound functional or technical knowledge of payment solutions (corporate, treasury, retail, real-time, payment intelligence, digital channels, etc). Sufficient technical abilities to review functional & technical specifications documents, system architecture, hardware/software specifications, communicate issues and drive resolution.Operational knowledge of payment business processes or domains (banks, schemes, central switches, etc).
