About the RoleWe are seeking a Branding & Marketing Strategy Executive to play a key role in shaping and driving the organization’s overall branding and marketing direction. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and growth initiatives across digital platforms, recruitment marketing, and events.You will work closely with management and internal teams to translate ideas into impactful campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive the overall branding and marketing strategy aligned with business goalsEnsure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, campaigns, and marketing materialsPlan and execute marketing strategies supporting recruitment, events, and growth initiativesCollaborate with internal team members, interns, and external vendors on campaign executionTrack, review, and analyse campaign performance, recommending improvements and optimisationsSupport organisation-wide branding, visibility, and lead generation initiatives
RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related discipline0–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or strategy-related rolesStrong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign planningComfortable working at both strategic and executional levelsOrganised, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
