Role Overview: As a Principal PowerPlan Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to PowerPlan software. You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of PowerPlan solutions, ensuring that our financial and operational systems are optimized for efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and providing insights that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of PowerPlan software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully trained and capable of utilizing PowerPlan effectively.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system design, processes, and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PowerPlan implementation remains cutting-edge.
Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with PowerPlan software.
Strong understanding of financial and operational processes within the energy sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading PowerPlan implementations and upgrades.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
