    Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Web3 Fund Associate for a full-time remote position based in Singapore. This role focuses on researching digital asset markets, evaluating Web3 investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio strategy across the cryptocurrency and broader blockchain landscape.

    Bond Period (applicable to Full-Time role)In view of the investment in the training and development of our Educational Therapists (EdTs), successful candidates will be required to commit to a bond period. Degree holders will be on an initial 3-year bond, while diploma holders will be on an initial 4-year bond. The training for the Certificate course, Specialist Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) will be conducted during the bond period. If the EdT is not able to fulfil the bond obligations, compensation to the DAS is required. EdTs will be required to sign bond extensions if they are recommended and agree to attend further training (beyond the PGC).
    Minimum Service Period (applicable to Flexi Scheme)In view of the full sponsorship by the DAS for the training course fees, there is a minimum service period (MSP) that the Educational Therapists on the flexi scheme (Flexi EdTs) have to serve. The length of the MSP is 640 teaching hours which normally takes two (2) years to attain. The MSP will start from the date of the first teaching class.Compensation to the DAS is payable should the Flexi EdT not fulfil the MSP obligations.
    Salary and BenefitsFull-Time:Successful candidates will receive a competitive starting salary from $2,810 for diploma holders and from $3,520 for degree holders, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. After probation and upon meeting the necessary criteria (if any), they will also receive an annual wage supplement, performance bonus, and other benefits. Staff will be entitled to medical benefits while on probation. Educational Therapists (EdTs) enjoy up to 6.5 weeks of school holidays.EdTs who teach on weeknights and Sundays will receive an allowance per teaching hour.
    Upon completion of relevant postgraduate qualifications and the initial bond period, EdTs who meet the required experience criteria in supporting learners who learn differently with or at risk of dyslexia and other learning challenges, and who have made significant additional contributions to the work of DAS, will be eligible to apply for promotion to the next salary scale.
    The DAS also awards responsibility allowances, training incentives and sponsorship to deserving staff. A Master’s Degree accredited by a recognised UK university and delivered by the DAS Academy (http://www.dasacademy.edu.sg/) will also be available to deserving staff.
    Flexi Scheme:Successful candidates will be paid between S$40.00 to S$50.00 per hour depending on relevant qualifications and teaching experience. These rates are for teaching hours only, and hours for lesson preparation, lesson observations and training will not be paid.
    Educational Therapists on the flexi scheme (Flexi EdTs) who teach on weeknights and Sundays will receive an allowance per teaching hour. Flexi EdTs are also entitled to annual incentives upon meeting the prevailing criteria as announced by Management.
    Other benefits include medical coverage for outpatient treatment by general practitioners (GP) and specialists and hospitalization, pro-rated leave entitlement for sick leave, maternity and childcare leave (subject to meeting prevailing eligibility criteria).
